If an item is missing or defective in your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we can offer a refund for those respective items.
Returned Order Policy
In the event that an order is returned to us, we can offer either:
1. a refund for the subtotal of the order. This would be the total excluding shipping cost.
2. we can email an invoice for the additional cost of postage required to ship the package again and reship it
